We asked for 1st floor onsite not ahead of time, so got a room on the 2nd floor but the TV was not working. Kayla got us a better room on the 3rd floor and we had not yet unpacked so it worked out. She was very nice and handled it right away and it averted a possible unpleasant stay.

very spacious and comfortable room, love the bed! quiet.
I was told breakfast was until 10 and it ended at 9. I chose to pay for a hotel with breakfast and was very disappointed to not get one when I arrived in the lobby at 9:30.

Mix up with my reservation caused me to be charged twice.

Quite place.
The room smelled of old clothes and damp towels. Light in restroom very dim.
Nasty oily device stuck to coffee packets. Looks like the packets have been around for awhile. Old and dated wallpaper.

I was put in a handicapped room. In addition, I did not receive housekeeing service. When I inquired why my room wasn't cleaned I was told "did you ask for your room to be cleaned"? In all of my stays in Marriott properties over almost 40-yrs that is the first time I've been tpld that.
