Location
Dirty, very !! loud,
old room, smells like 50 years smoking
only reason for the price is the location close to the JT NP.
Better drive 5 mins longer than be here.

Room looked clean and comfy. The staff was nice and kind. Stores were close and accessible.
Our room was on the 3rd floor, and there was not any cart to carry heavy luggage. Maybe the elevator should be placed at the center of the building instead of just in one corner. Also, it would be helpful to have ice machines on every floor. Egressing from the stairs well was problematic since the parking stall where too close to it. Maybe a space for pedestrians to walk through (normally with bags) will help.

They didn’t honor my reservation
Allowed me to stay at the motel.

It was a good price, and since it's a small town, it's close to everything. Staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the restroom was clean.
The floors in the room were dirty. The restroom sink kept clogging up for some reason, but the staff got it taken care of every time I mentioned it, it just wouldn't stay clear so there is an issue further down into the pipes. It would have been nice to have rooms cleaned and fresh towels everyday. I'm not sure if I could've requested a cleaning everyday or not, but was easily able to get clean towels. It was loud in the mornings and the ceilings/floors are thin.

Clean room and friendly staff
Shady locals and addicts appear to be locals living in the hotel. They hang outside the rooms and watch you come and go, which made us uncomfortable to come and go. There was a woman walking the corridor at night calling out for people for at least an hour. We didn't get much sleep. Every time someone came up or down the stairs it was very loud and shook our room, literally. There was much more activity and noise at night than anywhere else I've stayed. There is a sign in the office saying guests are allowed to stay 21 days, then must leave, but can come back. I asked staff to be moved to the other side of the hotel, but all double bed rooms are on the back side. We stayed just 1 night and we're glad our car wasn't broken into. Some of the parking lot lights need to be replaced.
Wouldn't recommend, even for a night. In hindsight I'd have chosen sleep at a rest stop over this hotel.

The location of the hotel is convenient.
Where do I start? I booked a smoke free room and was given an ex-smoker room. I was told they had converted it to a non-smoking room but there may be a slight smell. When I went into the room, there was a horrible tobacco smell in the room and I tried to request to move to a different room. I was denied a transfer and was told there were no other rooms available. I had no choice but to stay in that room for the night since I had no where else to go and it was past 10pm. I couldn't sleep that night and had to leave early due to the rancid smell. Now all my clothes that I wore that night smells like smoke. If you don't have a non- smoking room available, don't sell that room as a non-smoking room. Don't lie to your customers and pretend it's a non-smoking room, especially when it said the room is non-smoking when I booked it online and there was no indication of it being anything else. At least label it as a smoking room and sell it as such. Had I known it was an ex-smoker room when I went to book online, I would never have booked it!

Location was nice and room was comfortable.
Checkin staff were rude, booking.com messed up my payment and had to pay again at the motel. Staff were demanding I tell them my pin number as I wasn't allowed to touch the machine because of covid rules, obviously I wouldn't do this. Room hadn't been cleaned properly.

They let me check out with a refund after 10 mins in the room.
The most depressing hotel room I’ve ever seen, zero frills and I’m very used to budget hotels.
The sheets look like they’re 20 years old, I didn’t even want to touch them. The room pictures they advertise must be very old, it looks nothing like them.
Rooms all smell like smoke even though they are all non smoking.
The beds are twin size and tiny.
Motel predominantly used as a monthly rental spot.
