The restaurant. We did no like the food serve.

The staff was friendly and there was a lot of family activities to do.

The complimentary waters that were mentioned was not given. The room detail should mention the full kitchen and pots, which would help with bringing more things that we could prepare.

I really liked having a full kitchen it made things easier during our stay and the big bathtub was nice. Having a "bedroom!" That was nice felt like i had more privacy and what not.

The bathtub was very slippery and needs to maybe be re done with an anti-slip coating. Also during our stay that Thursday night. We think some child might have had an accident in the pool the water looked really icky by a certain child and there was a bunch of stuff floating in the kids pool.. we used other pools but were super cautious and avoided the kids play pool the rest of the trip

too noisy to sleep Saturday night 1 guest drove home to sleep and Smokey’s restaurant food was terrible

Clean rooms, comfy bed, excellent customer service, ample parking, easy check-out

No room service for food/no food delivery, limited water park seating, small elevators/not enough elevators

We ate breakfast at the lodge restaurant 😋
