The staff was nice and friendly.

The whole motel is very rundown, all repairs look poorly done. This facility needs a major remodeling. Everything was either damaged or broken. There is mold in the bathrooms and cockroaches everywhere. We booked 4 rooms and all were in poor condition.

The room/facilities are in very poor condition. This motel is very rundown. The reservation said check in was at 1pm but when we arrived at the motel at 1pm the person at the check in desk said check in wasn't until 3-4pm. I was very upset as we had just arrived from driving 16 hours with no sleep and needed to rest before an event we had to attend that evening. They were able to give us our room at 2pm. The ac and curtains had burned marks, the bathroom door was falling apart and hard to open and close, the main door handel would get stuck couldn't open at times or wouldn't lock. There were cockroaches everywhere. There we're questionable people on the premises most of the time, made it feel very unsafe. One of the staff members informed us that the state pays for homeless people to stay there at times and then those people refuse to leave. Overall it was a very unpleasant stay, the condition of the whole facilities was unacceptable. We regret making reservations here only reason we did was we needed 4 rooms and this was the only place that had 4 rooms available for 2 nights the weekend we needed on short notice.

That my room smelled cigarettes the Tv did not work inside my room. I was there about 20 minutes I was unable to get a refund because they where doing a shift change , so because of that I had to wait to to tell the next person coming in shift after I had already called to tell the person who actually checked me in. That was one of the reasons I couldn’t get a refund because there shift change past the time they consider using the room. Security guard said the room did not smell so I assume he’s a smoker. Very unprofessional the front desk receptionist had her child there at midnight. She was in a what seemed to be her own laptop so I had to also explain myself during the time she was on that, I did not have her full attention. It seemed to be a hotel where they have people living there for the 22 days before considering it permanent housing. It was just a horrible experience all together.

Housekeepers are rude and snide. Not to mention lazy. They do the bare minimum when it comes to assisting guests and the clenliness of the rooms. Rooms are filthy.

Nothing we didn't even have a remote for the TV and the one they gave us when we went to office didn't even work.

It was dirty the toilet did not flush. The fridge and microwave were both dirty. And our window was cracked🤦😠😞

had to switch room. the first one smelled like something died in there. the door did not lock completely. you can tell it’s been kicked in before. the room had a horrible smell and at least ten flies in there.
