Very disrespectful, rude and loud ...... manager "she claims" Cockroaches has infested that motel literally on the edges of the bed the headboard the ceiling and the shower curtain! The bed linen was stained and the mattress was disgusting! (I remove the sheets & gather the towels & pile them up by the door before leaving) and she is a scammer. Make sure to get your receipts when you get there and when you leave and call to hear your transactions afterwards and I hope you don't have to do that I hope that y'all just don't even go to that motel extended stay on highway 1in Ormond Beach because it is nasty!!!!!! Also not worth the money nor your time to get cheated out of money and disgusted. Plus we paid through booking.com so when we arrived at extended stays she gave us the run and it was nasty there was beer bottles there was no window blinds, and there was chicken bones on the floor so you can even get a make a reservation and get a clean room

this place is not what it says. things were taped up to hold everything electric. had to stay as everything was sold out. or way higher. air-conditioning run off water leaked in room they tried fix it stl didn't get corrected. was . not ADA room as selected as o friend had be careful he didn't fall or me Niether has both handicapped. . place had roaches there probably because of people living there.. both beds were crap one bigger then other. staid in room 140. the floor not even u can walk on. and last night the room key didn't work went to change it and shows red. so had change again and nope flashed red&yellow had wait 30 min outside for someone to get us. so over all I wish a refund was allowed please have someone from booking.com would check in you would be shocked .. if need contact me please do

I booked a room at one hotel and then they placed me in another hotel across the street with no TV working. And then placed me to three other rooms and then found out that the room had wet sheets and had to wait until the next morning for housekeeping

The allocated room was still being worked on by maintenance when we attempted to check in and there were no alternative rooms available so we had to transfer to another hotel

The room was dirty the staff tried it's best I guess felt like I was in the ghetto had to do my own house keeping and had to walk to the laundry room to get fresh towels dailyI wouldn't recommend it to my family, friends or my enemies

we arrived and the room was not ready. After waiting an hour we finally got into our room and it was disgusting!

After our 1st night the was no staff at all and office was closed the remainder of the trip. The room was awful, dirty, and moldy.

Floors filthy , room stinks , bugs all over , A/C units caked with Sheetrock dust , need to have breathing treatment after being in assigned room for 20mins before checking out right after checking in . Person attending window for check in said I’d be charged for 1 night because I didn’t cancel reservations with in 24hrs ! HELLO how did I know place was under construction and would cause triggering of breathing / diagnosed health issues !!!! Booking.com is disputing full amount they took from my personal bank account !!!

There is a policy to leave $50 deposit because as I was told by the attendant people walk out the rooms with the TV and never see it again. They made a copy of my credit card and did not give me the photocopy back when I cancelled the room. This place is disaster and disgusting and I would not recommend it to anyone!

Room was absolutely disgusting. Terrible. Mold everywhere in the room. Trash just outside the stairwell. Dresser/night stand was disgusting. Was missing doors and didn’t have knobs to open the door, had a string tied through a hole to open it. Cable for Tv on the floor as a trip hazard. Not even enough pressure on the water to do anything. Barely a trickle. Half patched holes on bathroom door. Thick dust on bed posts. Had bugs. The pictures online don’t even come close to matching what you’ll get.
