Location and parking are very good. Great staff. CLEAN. Very comfortable. We have stayed here in the past and when going through this area we will stay again. Good value.

Barking dog in hallway, noisy arguing guests in night train whistle, no sound insulation in walls.

There was a very substantial breakfast with cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, and muffins. Ground floor room let’s you monitor your car from the window. Night clerk was very pleasant and had cameras to monitor all sides of the building. A Harrahs across the lot draws patrons from across Nebraska border. Easy checkout & easy to get back on highway
Fresh fruit at breakfast would be welcome. Container in shower providing soap didn’t work (luckily we had our own soap!).

The facility itself was fine, the location was not in a very good side of town. I worried about theft of my property in the parking lot by individuals that were hanging around near by.

Solicité un cambio de tarjeta por una de USA y se me cobró, finalmente, dos cargos (uno en la española y otro en la americana). Solicité una devolución a posteriori y no se hizo hasta que no me puse en contacto con booking.com. Booking bien, porque con los dos recibos procedió a una devolución.

The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was very sufficient with lots of variety. Biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs, cold cereal, yogurt, pastries.
The cleanliness of the room. There was toilet paper in the toilet, the floor in the bathroom had been swept but not behind the door. The room had been vacuumed but not along the edges of the walls.

Good breakfast. Hot food. clean. Food well attended and made sure food was always full. Good beds.
Toilets. Toilets made for first grader. Sat down and never had my knees touch my eyes before. Small seat had an issue with certain anatomy getting sat on. Need a grab bar to get off toilet. It's so low. Situated too close to wall and door. Had to close BR door to sit on toilet. Too low for seniors.

The front staff was very friendly and accommodating. Gave us recommendations for food with clear instructions of how to order for delivery.
Breakfast was good and served fresh.

Internet was reliable.
The walls were a little thin and we could hear a baby crying next door, along with loud semi-truck noise (braking) and trains. Windows were stained and window latch was not latching.
Strong smell of room sprays in the facility, especially the hallways.
Construction around the area made routes confusing, but we figured it out.
