Location and the free breakfast
Location of A/C unit, big gaps on siding that allowed outside air to come in and possible bugs. And latch to secure door was broken, screws coming out as though someone had busted in before.

The well-lit parking lot, friendly staff and community feel of guests staying there, like an old time highway motel experience. So raro. Loved that I could do my laundry there, too. Close to los of restaurantes and stores, gas stations.

Susan our check in reception was so helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble.
The suite was huge with 2 bathrooms and a very comfortable bed.
It was close to an airport so it was noisy early in the morning.

I booked a non smokers room and when we got to the location they gave me a smoker’s room. it’s was a bad experience for my kids.

The location was close to airport.
I had 2 roaches in my room I had to kill. Told the front desk Ana just said sorry, it’s an old building. Did nothing to compensate. The room had a funny smell and never fully was cold when AC was on.

Booked online to be right off the freeway. While checking in I requested a 1st glor room due to us being seniors. Nothing downstairs so we were upgraded to a king suite for original price. So nice to have the extra room. Parking lot well lit. The hot breakfast was pretty good too.Hood selection . Attendant was always working to make sure everything was filled and looked nice.
