Size of the room was really fairly large.

Having traveled over 700 miles that day I really wanted to get a good nights sleep. To be fair it was December 31 and there was about 12 guys celebrating out in the parking lot until well after 2 AM. So needless to say I did not get a lot of sleep that night.

Staff attitude was horrible. Paid for a late checkout because I have trouble sleeping only to have them banging on the door and ringing the room at 11. I clearly stated I was leaving at noon. They have zero communication skills. I even had the do not disturb sign on the door. I guess they cant read english either!!!!!! Complete waste of the late checkout. The beds are old as hell to. Then was told they only allow one pet per room. I've always traveled with 2 and never once had issue from other red roof inns. These owners need lessons in guest services

Cleanliness, motel staff went out of their way to get us a double bed room on the bottom floor.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room

This motel is the in a rough location and you need to drive around if you want to have a seat down meal. A lot of people walking around the property that seemed to be out of place, nota guest of the motel and we were woken up throughout the night with auto alarms going off. The bed was clean and super soft. Other than a hint of smoke the room was ok but I believe the smoke was from 2 doors down from our room was a person smoking outside. While we were at Cracker Barrel I got some room refresher to help the smell.

I’ve stayed here before several times and it was always very clean and smelled of cleaning solution when u walked in. however the room I was in last night had roaches, and the bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. the bed was also uncomfortable u could literally feel and hear the springs in it.

No rooms left on first floor. The young man was busy in his truck on his phone playing games. He gave us a room on the 2nd floor. We unpacked our suitcases and headed to the stars which were so steep our dog couldn’t make it up 3 stairs. I have bad knees and could have made the steep climb with great pain. Now it’s raining. We are outside and want to cancel our reservation. I got the clerk out of his truck in the parking lot and he gave us a refund. Then he went back to his truck. It’s raining and about 1 AM ANd we have no hotel.

We always book at your chain because of your no fee pet policy

Furniture was broken, dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed. Bedding had cigarette burns. AC unit was loud. Hallway smell of smoke. People smoking pot in the parking lot.

People not arguing in the hallways. Furniture and bedding updated. More towels in the room. This hotel probably needs security.
