The front desk quickly helped me change my room when I had a minor issue.
The evening / night shift staff are very rude and un professional. First, I came in to the lobby to see him sitting on the check in desk eating taco bell. That same night he yelled at my friends and I who did not know that the main lobby door locked at a certain time.

The breakfast was ok, bisquits and gravy were good the eggs not the best but nice that they offered hot food and cereal cold options.
The pool and motel were alittle dated compared to others I’d stayed at, but it was clean and comfortable. I got charged 2 authorization charges which froze some of my $ until a cpl days after checking out which was upsetting. I’ve never had this issue before, but it definately put a damper on trip

we had made our reservations months in advance and instead of letting us know that there was a change, even after talking to someone a month before, we didn’t get the rooms requested.
we also asked for maid service twice and the only thing done was our towels changed. we were there 6 days and had no bedding changed the entire time no floors cleaned very disappointed.

Breakfast was exceptional! Air conditioning was very comfortable. (These units are usually a problem)
The bathroom shower door seal was off, and the doors were hard to slide. Had to reprogram room keys twice.

Front desk guy was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Nice, clean facility. Breakfast was a great addition to the overnight stay.

The exterior was updated but the interior was very outdated and the shower curtain was cheesy/cheap.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. We were given a new room when the air wasn't working in our original booking. Loved having a smart TV in the room. Bed was very comfortable.
There were some odd smells throughout the hotel. The elevator seemed out dated. There were red stains on the lamp shade and the chair was clearly scratched from pets.

The pool was great. The person on the desk was very nice, professional, and helpful.
The hotel is in very serious need of an update and upgrade if they want to charge $200 per night!..the bed was saggy...the fact the doors werent changed after the tile flooring replaced the carpet made huge gaps between the floor and door. Barking dogs and loud door slamming made sleep difficult. Breakfast was free, but tastless. $59 would have been too much for this place.

The hotel lobby was dated and had no appeal. Nor did the breakfast area. The COVID protection for front desk employees was pretty over-the-top at this point but I can understand. It just doesn’t make for a very inviting feel when you walk in the door. The room seemed to be more recently renovated and did seem clean. However the bottom fitted sheet was not a very nice material. It was very rough. The pillows were okay. Mattress too but will need to be replaced in a year or so as it is starting to sag. Keurig coffee was the kind that gives you heartburn. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Probably the least number of choices we have seen. I think that for what we paid (I paid in advance), we could have found a nicer facility in that immediate area.
