It was very clean and quiet

I arrived early and requested a room with a view of the ocean and bay. Additionally at arrival, I requested a room near the elevator as I use a walker. THEY ACCOMODATED ME WITH NO PROBLEM and the view from the room will have me going back to Boardwalk Flagship for any stay I make in Atlantic City. I've been to many hotels but Flagship (and this is my 2nd stay) has the best view of the water.
For me, everything you need a resort to offer while away from home I found at Flagship Boardwalk.

Staff was awesome, elevators were very interesting but the room as clean! Beds were okay not terrible
We had a balcony room, the weather seal was broken so there was a draft blowing in and the heat didn’t work so it was a little chilly in the room. We didn’t say anything though I’m sure they would have accommodated us

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay. The main lobby and main level was very nice, clean and modern.
The beds were awful, rock hard. It actually caused my sciatic nerve to flare. The room was dingy and concerning. There were several blood smears on walls throughout the room along with cigarette burns in the rug. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. We were also misled as living area in every other hotel consists of a couch where as this room provided one chair and a dining table.

Carpet on the 10th floor was a turnoff. Staff representative did inform me it was on the list to changed.

The view was beautiful!! I have stayed in many hotels in Atlantic City and my opinion is they have the best view!!! Night view is great!!
Huge balcony! Boardwalk right in front with georgous views of brigantine while u sit in Adirondack chairs. The ocean casino is a 10 min walk. The wide sliding glass door and extended glass wall to wall.
The room and rug were clean.
There is no suction vent in the bathroom. The mirror fogs up right of way, so I had to shower with the door open, and it still fogged up. ( Luke warm shower)
The bed was not too comfortable. Kinda hard. I slept fine, considering.
The room needs to be renovated (bed area). It did not look like the picture advertised with a modern look.
No freezer in the fridge. Couldn't freeze my water or ice packs for my mini cooler bag.
The pool was a nice size, but it had an overwhelming, unbearable smell of clorox (chlorine). The patio area attached to the pool was terrible. It had no view whatsoever. They should have railing like the room balconys instead of high walls to enjoy the spectacular views of brigantine and the Atlantic Ocean along with the row of hotels.

The size and layout of the room was great. The view was amazing. Access to the parking garage was easy and close. The convenient store on premises was nice and things were very reasonable.
The city itself was full of trash, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

nice size rooms and pretty views from balcony
1st room smelt like smoke so they moved us. (After girl at front desk said she would send someone to spray air freshener.) Then I called and restaurant was closed for private event so we had to go get food elsewhere, which defeats purpose of staying at hotel with restaurants. Then at 11pm, the pipes in my bathroom started knocking… loudly. I called front desk and the girl was condescending and told me it was just the wind even though I assured her it was not and it came from bathroom. She finally agreed to send maintenance “anyway” and they came by and said there was air in the hot water line and it was just going to happen. I woke up every hour all night to turn on hot water on sink to get it to stop each time it started again. Worst sleep ever and horrible customer service from front desk.
