Mostly everything.
Some of the housekeeping staff is rather snooty, therefore coming off rude

Liked the location, close to eating places and gas stations, and the hospital where we needed to be fir appointments.
The weather; however, that is no one's fault. The parking lot and sidewalks were kept very clean.

The room was clean, comfortable and warm. Across the street and amazing eatery the Lucky 13. I arranged for a shuttle for 4:30 AM but it did not show so the clerk took me in the van. very nice.
Nothing really. It shows it’s age but has been well taken care of.

bathroom tub did not drain. multiple lights not working in room. also I booked a deluxe 2 queen beds room but was put in a standard 2 queen bedroom.
