The electricity in our room was strange. Lights blinked off and on, some of the USB ports did not function.

It was in a nice location quiet and peaceful
Property was good just a little problem with ants inside the room reported it to management they said they would take care of it and sorry for the inconvenience which I understand

Exceptionally noisy, could hear everything the room next door was saying at all times. Staff was terribly rude from check in to check out.

Room was clean, comfortable bed. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Natalie in reception was particularly helpful helping me locate a future booking I had made but had lost the details of!

The breakfast was exceptional. We have stayed at other holiday Inn express and the breakfasts were not as good as yours.
We prefer more firm bedding. The softness of the mattresses were not to our liking.

Asking for my card at check in and putting $25 on my card for purchases….even if that is standard it should not be done…. have never had this happen before…,now have to keep checking my card to see if it was put back on my card.

Room was very Spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the Dove hygiene products in the shower!
Had to check-out at 5 am and no one was available at the desk. I waited a few minutes and no one came.
