Very old and dated, nothing was updated remote for tv was broken. heard all the traffic on road.

High price for a room with No microwave or refrigerator.. Almost $200 per night to add these items, ridiculous. Stairwell was very dirty and the emergency exit door was not latched (security issue).

Location is very close to Mississippi State University
Booking did not send over payment information and the front desk attendant was very rude and scream loud that my card was declined and payment did not go through. I paid for my stay in advance.

Nice room and pretty clean.
There was only 1 tissue roll which was almost empty. I called the front desk to ask if someone could bring some extra rolls. I was asked to come down and get it because the front desk person said they were working alone. I didn't mind but I had already gotten dressed for bed after a 12 hour drive.

Breakfast was closed down at 9:45am instead of 10am like advertised. Front night staff Ben was very unfriendly. Morning front staff was friendly.

The front desk staff was not friendly, they ran out of food for the free breakfast and the ceiling in our room was peeling and falling down
