I liked the fact that it was clean. Good location.
The pool isn't working and is no where near being fixed. They lie before you book and tricked us into thinking they had a working pool. I got a call 2 days before check in and two weeks after already booked. No refunds. Besides the pool , everything was great. I don't like being lied to.(online) That's false advertising.When I called about the pool she hesitated to answer the question. Said it wasn't open just yet but should hopefully be working before we get there. Not even close. Also, the elevator kept breaking down. I forgot about that part.

Location and size of the rooms. We also received a courtesy call advising us the pool area was still under repair from Ian. We were not concerned about the pool, but I can understand why it would have been an issue for some.
As soon as we checked in, we were pressured with a sales pitch from Capital Vacations. I understand she was just doing her job, but "no means no"! Also, the elevator has issues. We were in the 5th floor which is a lot of stairs to claim in 95 degree heat

Staff is very friendly. Everything very close.
The bathroom wall was dirty with mold.

We had an enjoyable stay, room had everything we needed. Would stay there again.
No beach access or pool. We were told about this in advance, not available due to hurricane damage. Not their fault. Crews were working on the new sea wall and beach access while we were there.

No pool or beach access because of hurricane damage from last year, but we knew that in advance. All ratings would have been outstanding with those amenities.

The Tropic Sun Towers was one of my best vacations ever it was safe clean one of the most beautiful views staff was great parking was easy and the location was awesome I will be back

Great location. Near everything. We love the parking garage. Everything was so clean. Staff was friendly. Wanted to spend some family time with my father who has been fighting cancer. We had the greatest time fishing on the beach and cooking nice meals in the room and sipping wine and reminiscing about old times. He was so impressed with the resort and everything it included. He said he couldn’t wait to come back. We will go again in the fall. God willing. 🙏

The condo was great. It was right on the beach.
No beach access. No swimming pool. Seawall was under construction. We were not informed of any of this until we arrived. The beach is dirty also.

We loved the location of the property. It had a great view with a nice balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and there were staff members on duty 24 hours.
We really enjoyed our stay.
I wouldn’t say dislike; a few suggestions:
a mini bottle of shampoo would help. A new bedroom mattress would help…
Also a routine check on the outlets is needed. One in bedroom
and one in kitchen isn’t working.
Finally, we didn’t know what to do with our trash. 🤷♀️ Any idea when pool fixed? we didn’t know until after we checked in that the pool had been decimated by the hurricane.

Unit needs a deep cleaning. The sofa was old, dirty and stained. We had to Put a sheet over it before we could sit on it. Also, we wiped up a small water spill on the floor, and the paper towels came up black with dirt. Entire unit needs a deep cleaning.

The resort was exceptionally clean.The unit was oceanfront. Beautiful view. The unit was furnished with everything you needed.We will be returning to this ocean paradise in the future.

The ocean view was absolutely Beautiful! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The two most important thing I love for in a room is cleanliness and comfort and I got both! The staff were also very friendly. I definitely would recommend this property!

Everything was amazing! You can also pay $25 for the week to access bikes, beach chairs & toys! Loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again soon!

The location and view were great. The staff was very nice.
No full length mirror in the room. No toiletries except soap. The tiny round toilet bowl and low shower head weren't great for a 6'9" guy. The pool must have been heated and was way too hot (but very clean).

The beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need.
The 2 bdrm was Cozy but cramped, a little tight. Water pressure in shower could be better. Also the hot tub was the tiniest tub that I ever seen. No beach towels are provided.

Great location on beach. We had 1 bedroom with pull out queen for our 10 and 8 year old. Perfect amount of room for us. Woke up each day and sat on balcony for sunrise.
Laundry was good to have on site, but in end cost more than we wanted and one of the machines was broke. We ended up going to local laundromat
