The staff was excellent and so was the breakfast.

Clean and convenient

one of the staff started singing the song Swing Low Sweet Chariot when my son and I entered the breakfast area. The staff was a white male and we are black so it was his way to be racist.

I got what I paid for. It reeked of smoke even in the non smoking rooms

location to venue, easily accessible from interstates.

it needs extra upgrades and an exterminator. I seemed like some upgrades were in the works but there were a lot of empty and missed opportunities.

The location was convenient. It was nice to have a pool.

The carpet wasn't clean. The bathroom was very outdated with a stained tub and the toilet had a loose lid. The walls and doors had chipped paint and scuffs. The mini fridge was warm. The lighting in the room was very low and it was hard to see enough to do anything. My friend across the hall found a bedbug in her bathroom. There happened to be an incident in the parking lot that resulted in multiple cop cars on site for about 2 hours late at night. I wished the hotel staff would have let us know what was going on and if we were safe or not, as there were gun shots fired. I lost a lot of sleep that evening.

It's hard to say what you like about this place. When you walk in the front door that first moment is a wow moment. Very neat and clean. Modern. Wonderful happy staff to greet you. Then you get your room and walk in. I changed fro. A nearby hotel because I didn't like it well let me te you this. The rooms are wonderful. Everything you need and more. I am so glad I switched. The breakfast at this place is awesome. Noticed the other people eating with their kids and it was very kid and adult friendly. The young man who tends the food is beyond compare . He's friendly and is constantly checking things even if they had been put out a couple of minutes ago. Beautiful furniture in the rooms. I loved it so much I've extended my stay her twice. If your looking for value. Peacful,, comfortable, good value, and some of the most wonderful family friendly staff . Look no further. The owner himself will always be available even if you need him. Like I said you can't get any better. Thank you to everyone. Just what a change from the the other place. Don't ever change.

Quiet Close to where I need to be Nobody bothers without reason

Room 275, Booked and paid for a smoking room through Booking.com. 95% sure I wasn't given one. Due to no ashtrays. Light in entry was a fast blinking strobe. Half of the power outlets were bad and left the plugs simply fall out of the wall. Double room charged as a suite. Has no kitchen. No coffee pot. Lids but no cups?? Empty brown toilet tissue roll left in bathroom holder. No toilet seat covers in bathroom holder. Left side bed was slid half off the frame so I didn't use it. Not being properly deep cleaned. Long standing dirt and dust behind and under things.
