The pool and hot tub (until all kinds of unkempt kids were allowed to go crazy)

RUDE, stuck up staff who seemed to enjoy boasting how much better they were than other hotels.

There was no breakfast available. We are both handicapped and we told them that and they gave us the last room on the top floor. There were lots of people who came after us, they could have made better accommodations.

I asked about getting into bed because it was too high and they said sorry that is the way it is without any solutions at all. The didnt even care

It was clean and very comfortable. We could bring our dog without a huge outlay as we stayed one night.

It would be nice if one pet stayed for free.

My son had lost a shoe in our room and upon looking for it, I realized how dirty our room was. Cob webs in the corner, behind the curtains on the floor hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time. Mold on the bathroom ceiling (which I'm allergic to) and the floors was just dreadfully filthy. Our room had a very strong musty smell. Also, upon looking beside the bed closest to the wall, my son had discovered some kids toys (ball pit ball and a child's toy knife) that another person had left.

The location is a bit scary for a traveller unaccustomed to West Virginia. The hotel is lovely but is in an uncomfortable part of town.

The front desk lady was awesome. Very clean and comfortable.
