Convenient location and quick check in
Disappointed in “hot breakfast “. The sign on the marquee even said free hot breakfast. We were expecting eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy. Instead hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal and the hot I guess was waffles.

Great location, front desk staff was very helpful and professional.
Bathtub looked like it was not cleaned. Pillows smelled bad. Sheets looked liked they were not changed. Bed was super uncomfortable.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Bett bequem und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.
Schade, dass es so rücksichtslose Menschen gibt, die sich nachts bis 2.30 a.m. lautstark draußen unterhalten und die Nachtruhe für andere stören. Sollte das Personal eigentlich hören.

The room was OLD, DIRTY. Bed was very uncomfortable, lights didn't work between the beds, the toilet ran constantly. The paint was peeling in the bathroom. The furnishings were old and outdated, and everything felt sticky. The TV didn't work. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and if I hadn't paid in advance, I certainly would have gone elsewhere.

Easy access off hiway. Reception staff was very nice. Breakfast was stocked so we all started off our day well! Grounds had beautiful flowering bushes!
It smelled old upon entering room. No exhaust fan in bathroom, no drain stop in bathtub. Floors were tiled but didn’t really match with sink bathroom area. It really looked like a cheap/old motel. It says it a non smoking hotel but many of the travelers were smoking right outside the rooms, so you could smell cigarette smoke. Butts just thrown on floor.

original room has ceiling falling down and new room never got cleaned or trash out in four days had bad shelving unit

Due to very windy weather, the pool was filled w/ debris when we checked in.. The maintenance man was up.bright and early cleaning it the next AM

It’s old and rundown, several homeless people in the parking lot. They will approach you for money.

We stayed overnight during our road trip over the holidays. The check in staff member was accommodating in accommodating our request of having a room in a quieter location, due to our infant. We liked the room, it had plenty of storage and the microwave and fridge seemed new and we’re clean. We appreciated the hotels efforts in waste reduction by not lining the trash bins with plastic bags. Also in the lobby bathrooms, they used non-bleached paper towels.
To counter the note above about waste reduction, hotel chains need to stop using styrofoam in their breakfast offerings. This hotel has Styrofoam. They took their coffee and tea station down when breakfast ended, and I think that is one thing that is nice to offer longer into the day, so they could have left that up longer.
