Never going back to Mackinaw

Wrong date on reservation. Lost aot of money for no reason

cheaper place to stay on the strip.

no breakfast or coffee throughout the day. very disappointing. and this property is not on the beach. just a lake viewing.

They did not have breakfast like we were told

For breakfast to have been included with our room like we were told.

The location is about the only thing I did like about it

let’s see, there is a list the beds were worn out there was mold around the shower head there was no microwave in the room when I booked the room it advertised free breakfast but there was no breakfast, we had to go to the hotel next to us to get breakfast and all they served was silver dollar pancakes, ham, two varieties of cereal and a couple choices of fruit. the swimming pool was inoperable over all the $350 we paid was not worth the stay at this days inn I was not impressed at all with the hotel or my room

Breakfast was a bottle of water and a granola bar. Also in the morning I noticed a number of b7g bites on both legs

No breakfast was offered, only a serial bar and coffee. The customer service was at a minimum. Desk was unattended for long periods of time.

The wifi didn't reach our room at all, we tried several devices. The room next to us had 2 dogs that were just left unattended and barked 100 percent of our stay. I asked the office lady if she could do anything all she said was there are no dogs here.

A bit outdated. The fan in the bathroom is extremely loud. The lights should be on a switch. The lamps are not a regular style. I had to use a flashlight to get to the bathroom light so I could figure them out.

Included breakfast was not what I expected. An apple or granola bar and a bottle of water or cup of coffee is not a breakfast especially for a child

it was clean and comfortable. the clerk Lisa was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions with a smile! she is definitely a keeper and an asset to this company!!

the room was a little warm and musty at first. but the air conditioning cleared that up quick.

We liked the friendly service and the location was perfect since we were right next to the ferry service to Mackinaw Island and we were able to leave our car in Days Inn parking lot. The room was adequate for what we needed.

We had a tremendous amount of fruit flies in the room. The room didn't seem to cool very quickly. It took about 4 hours to cool. When it stated breakfast was included we thought it would be more than just a granola bat a piece of fruit and water

I liked that it was close to downtown, but just outside of it for less traffic. The balcony view was beautiful!

The pool was great! But, the hot tub was really dirty and not very hot. There were no coffee cups, only water cups and the toilet paper holder was broke off the wall.

This hotel should not advertise that breakfast is included; the breakfast consisted of cheap granola bars, apples, and water in the lobby - more of a lobby snack than a substantial breakfast. Not terrible in itself, but very misleading to call it breakfast, and please don't charge guests for breakfast if this is what is being provided.
