Great location, friendly staff and great price.

Bed and towels were old and stained, very old outdated and an aunt crawled on my face when I was sleeping. Overall great for the price but you really get what you pay for. Probably won’t stay there again but staff was great.

It was close to a beach and serves its purpose if you need a place for a night or two.

It seemed decent when we first arrived, but the comforter had some grayish stains. The towels seemed a bit “worn” and old, and most likely had been through a lot of uses. We were 2 adults with a child under 2. We stayed here because someone recommended it and we would be at Legoland for a couple days. When we got back to our hotel, someone had obviously came in to attempt to “clean up”. However, they took out the 2 towels we originally had and replaced it with just 1 new one. They also didn’t give us a new towel for the floor when you get out of the shower, so the floor ended up getting all wet. When we noticed this and went to the front desk, the guy said he didn’t know if he had anymore clean towels and said he’d check back with us but he never did, even just as a courtesy to update us. We ended up having to share the 1 replacement towel that they’d put in the room while we were out and use a bedsheet to cover the shower floor that kept wet. When we checked with the front desk the next morning, it was a different guy and he gave us 2 new towels, since the guy the night before never got back to us. If they came in to clean up I don’t know why they’d leave us with less that what we’d been given originally. If that was the case they shouldn’t have even bothered. Prior to coming here I read some previous reviews on here where the management person responding to complaints seems to be blaming the issues on the attitude of the customers rather than being apologetic or understanding. Instead of trying to make things right, the management person who replies to these reviews seems more defensive instead. The value for a simple overnight hotel was reasonable, but they should update their towels and make sure they have enough to replace whatever they take out. If comforters, sheets, towels etc. are stained or super old, why not replace them?

It was not clean or sanitary at all. And they never returned my deposit back to me.

Quiet fridge , excellent bed

The road noise was terrible. Unable to sleep even with earplugs. I didn't expect that at the price.

Staff was amazing.
