It would have been nice to know from the start that the hotel was under construction. No pool. No hot tub. No restaurant. Just a bed to sleep in. That should have been in the booking. I would have chose a different hotel. Kinda sneaky.

The pool and fitness area were closed due to construction (this was not disclosed until check in) very very disappointing. If this was disclosed during the booking process I would have stayed somewhere else.

location was OK, but neither in the area of restaurants or any other attractions. Not close to anything.

Breakfast? Poor copy of super 8. Understaffed. Poor food selection. When I checked in and lugged stuff to room found it was not cleaned; Tried to call the lobby on the room phone but the phone did not work. Finally reached lobby on my cell and was promised a key to another room would be sent up. Long time later, key arrived, but this room too was uncleaned. Long pause until a third attempt (on another floor) and a cleaned room was found. I could have stayed next door at the cheap hotel for half the price (and maybe gotten a room on the first attempt).
