Location, room size.

I was unsure of the location when we first pulled in...But the hotel was tucked in the shade and snuggled beside a gorgeous vineyard! In fact, our room opened up right onto the sunny side of the vineyard itself! Talk about an Instagram moment! The rooms are gorgeous, as advertised, with amazingly comfortable beds and linens. We were invited to a tasting in the lobby and decided to go before dinner. We met delightfully interesting people at the tasting and enjoyed the talk and the wine very much. Some knew everything about wine and travelled the world, some knew a little about wine and travelled the world :) SENZA was my second choice hotel this trip, and tho I don't get to visit Napa very often, I'm sure I would suggest it to friends and stay there again.

Friendly staff, super clean and cozy. The wine and cheese hour in the afternoon is a plus!

Big rooms, very well heated and comfortable. The hotel itself was pretty. Wine and cheese night was a nice bonus with a simple breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Located out of town so do need to drive 15mins for shops. Was next to the highway but couldn't hear the noise in room so didn't bother us. Rooms could have been cleaner, there were some minor marks on walls.

Beautiful place, very nicely laid out. Room was Xtra large. The amenities were fantastic! The breakfast was super!

i m not sure how they got so many fabulous reviews. i would never pay more than 200$ for this place. though it s not bad it s clearly far from the luxuous or boutique hotel feel you get from the reviews and pictures. i was very disappointed with the atmosphere ( by the main road you’re litterally next to a highway) … so when they sell it as a secluded serene place unfortunately it’s not it. if they were to position it as a nice inn then you would not be disappointed. the furniture and amneties are very basic, the eoom was big but not spot clean for the price. the pool was definitely not heated we checked twice at different times of the day even though we ve been told it was heated … also if you bring a dog you can t leave it in your room or next to you by the amneties so there s no way to enjoy the pool / jacuzzi or gym which then defeats the purpose of picking this place. they also advertise with pictures overlooking a vineyars, yes there s one and it s tiny and by a highway .. so you look straigh there s a wineyard but on your left you have the big noisy highway, definitely not the calm and “country style” vibe they sell from the website i m glad it was a last minute trip and we paid half price ( even thought it was already expensive for what it was) i would never pay 600+ for this. it’s nowhere neAr a luxurious experience and has no boutique hotel feel. it lacks charm and tasteful decor, the bathroom was huge but with nothing in it but 3 mini soaps. at this price I would expect a higher quality when it comes to room amneties. i ve been contemplating this hotel for a year thinking it was outstanding or very high quality unfortunately it was not the case.
