Very good except for beds

Staff , breakfast and location

Beds were hard and so were pillows

The room was a good size, staff were friendly.

Just need to be cautious of slippery bathtubs, I slipped getting into the shower fell hit my head and sliced open my foot on the tub plug, ended the night with a 4 hour trip to the emergency for stitches. Just a good reminder for everyone to be very careful as most tubs don't have tubs mats.

It was cleanish, looked like lots of diy repairs, doors didn't shut correctly hard to open, gaps in tile, lights didn't work, only 2 working outlets

Decent hotel with friendly staff

The hotel is decent. We ended up in a room with not so great mattresses this time but overall it was fine. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and the exterior of the property is well maintained. Location is good and close to lots of things.

Our window did have a small bullet hole in it and it smelled musty like urine and mildew when we first got there but the smell went away for the most part.

Comfortable! Relaxing! Very Good Vibes!

The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, kind, and courteous. I’ll be staying there again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!.. As we were living. They were bringing in new furniture for their rooms. They blue chairs are beautiful 😍!

Very nice place, if I ever make it back to Branson this place is first on my list.

This is a nice place, good location and very friendly management.Breakfast in the morning was good.

Can’t say anything really, the breakfast was the same every morning but if you go out you’ll still get eggs of some kind or a waffle, so why not stay and eat the breakfast provided because they didn’t taste bad at all,

The rooms were advertised as “soundproof” but they were not. We heard everything anyone in the surrounding rooms did.

It was easily accessible from the strip, easy to get in and out of any time of the day or night regardless of show traffic.

The floors were very dirty. We had to wear flip flops in the room because we discovered very shortly into our stay that our feet were absolutely black from them.

Great experience 🥰

Everything was so clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. Hot breakfast every morning with a great selection of food. We have already started booking a trip Back in August.

This was our first time here , so I’d probably give it another shot .

Location was great , price was great.

Beds were not comfortable at all and there was extremely noisy people running thru the halls , slamming door and just being ridiculously loud … from 10pm to around 3 am . 😡

Good

The breakfast was satisfying and met the needs of my family. The selection was adequate but not excessive.

At least one chair in the room would have been appreciated. The beds were a little hard for old bones.

everything was really CLEAN . Staff was friendly price was excellent

They advertised breakfast but did not have. it was not an issue with us because we don’t eat breakfast and they made up for it in the price. it was worth the cleanliness!

Passable

I liked that the bed was fairly comfortable and the room was clean.

I didn't like that I booked a room with breakfast and the hotel said that because there weren't enough guests and it was the slow season they weren't serving breakfast. I could have stayed elsewhere that would have been the same price that actually included the breakfast that I was expecting.
