Breakfast was a 4 on a scale of 1 to 10. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

TV did not work in the room. The bathroom sink was clogged up. Had a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Overall, just bad experience.

I have stayed here a few times, and will continue to use this as my Lafayette stop. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious enough and comfortable, and there are several restaurants nearby. The breakfast is pretty good. The value is very good.

Location was perfect. Staff was very nice and informative .

The beds were comfortable, the pool was great for a quick swim, breakfast was great with lots of options! Location was convenient to stores, restaurants and gas stations.

Things were not picked up/thrown away by housekeeping the entire 3 days we were there. It wasn't a huge deal, but since we filled the small trash cans with our garbage (cups, diapers, wrappers), they needed to be emptied and a new trash liner put inside the trash can. We did this ourselves, after day 2 of the trash cans not being emptied..

Breakfast was good-tasty, sufficient with enough choices. There was coffee and tea available 24/7.

Pool area seemed to be clean.

I was absolutely taken back by the manager and how she handled a sitatuion. A staff member gave me incorrect information on canceling a night the moment I checked in and then when I went to check out, I was charged an extra $85 for that individuals bad knowledge and advice on what to do to cancel the night. Bad training and info is unacceptable when there is only one staff member dealing with customers.

Very minimal & crowded. Why no trays to take food back to room? Very small coffee cups & coffee was lukewarm.
