It was very nice. The staff was great. It was clean. The location was good.

The bar needs to be in a separate area with doors. We had a hard time sleeping until after the bar closed. The people at the bar were very loud, and we could hear them in our room.

The layout of the hotel is nice. Rooms were nice.

Cockroaches were in the pool area. They charged us $10 to park.

The pool was filthy and eventually had to be closed. There were teenagers running all over the entire hotel all hours of the night. I complained several times.

I loved the waterfall. I also loved how the staff especially Sasha was attentive to our needs

The long wait at the check in line

There's only 2 small elevators for the entire hotel and one was broken. The pool is small and the atea is dirty.

Sausage was under cooked,that was the only thing wrong and need more space to eat

Rooms were clean and comfortable, The beds slept well, Interior was dated but still nice. The pool was relaxing. The location was centered around exterior amenities.

Staff at the front desk the morning of our check out was rude. you could tell she had a bad morning, because she was taking it out on others.

I like the size. Had a king bed suite. The breakfast bar was nice. Had a make your own omelet chef there. When i checked in the hotel. the receptionist was very polite and courtesy. He gave a complimentary coupon for two free drinks during their daily open refreshment section. The soda machine was free 24 hours with hot coffee or tea.. the room was clean. There are no issues with my room or stay. .

wanted to relax by the indoor pool and allow my kids to play in the water

when we were in the pool it was over run by an herd of children that were screaming and yelling so loud and they were everywhere unruly. so we decided to go to bed early but we couldn’t sleep because the people above us were so loud it sounded like they were beating on the floor up above our heads so we checked out around 1045 and went home

The breakfast was good. The weight room was great.

Pool crowded with lots of kids. Kids running down the halls making a lot of noise until 1:00am. Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The hotel staff gave us extra towels instead of moving us to another room.

They need to update this entire hotel it’s completely out of date for the price, also our room still had clothes food and condoms from previous people .
