The staff was very nice and helping.

There was a cigarette smell all over the hotel, I saw them with vacuums, fans and other equipment I guess trying to get rid of the smell. That is the biggest turn down because my clothes would often smelled like that.

BEWARE**** NOTHING IS GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE

It’s dirty, smells like cigarettes- someone out their cigarette out on the molding of our door …property isn’t cared for , not safe for children , people openly deal drugs , the staff is never at the front desk , there are drunk people wondering the hall ways ( THEY LIVE THERE FULL TIME ) if that doesn’t scare you away then go see it for yourself it don’t book your stay for too long because they will not give you any kind of refund

Rooms was not clean. Roaches in tub,sink and on the walls

Clean comfortable room.

We were advised of the cleaning schedule but returned in the evening to find all the lights on and the TV on. Frightened my wife, disturbing. Nothing was missing thankfully. It was not our assigned cleaning day per the schedule provided. Management not in the building till after 11 am next day. Tired of attempting face to face contact. Back door locking mechanism for the building not functioning. Therefore no controlled entry. Not the best part of town , concerning. Basic items, plates, cups, utensils expected but not there. Inadequate towels, facecloths. Didn't expect to have to do laundry for the facility. Adequate accommodations for our needs this trip save the safety concerns above.
