Wonderful property, staff, amenities, and location. The 2 room suites are perfect for large families.

The Breakfast was amazing and restocked quickly. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. The rooms are spacious and beds are so comfortable. Great room service and staff is exceptional. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Staffs are really nice and attentive to requests and concerns. There was some issues with the room but were taken care of in a timely manner. Was offered a room change but declined because we already settled in. They re-cleaned bathrooms and unclog a toilet that my child clogged. Also, re-vacuumed the carpets. Brought us snacks and drinks for apology. We did not need snacks but I was satisfied that they did their best to fix our concerns with no attitude and was sincere about the concerns. That was a plus for me.

Prior to arriving, I was sent a message about face coverings but when I arrived the front office staff did not have a face covering; I noticed a few other staffs did not have it as well. Hand sanitizer and wipes by the elevator is not refilled. It is there to look good but not usable. Room had this damp smell when arrived. Floors were not vacuumed. Found crumbs on the floors in multiple rooms. Urine smell in the 2 beds room. There was a dried up urine hand towel thrown into a cabinet. Smoke alarm was hanging off the wall in the living room. All was reported to the front office; smoke alarm reported the day of check in and dried urinated towel reported the next morning.

i like one guy name ken i believe, he was extremely friendly and there was one female that was friendly that all the other people in the five days were very unfriendly

I didn't like being accidentally checked out at the beginning of my second day staying there cuz it ended up costing me more for my stay then what I was initially quoted and prepaid for when I checked in on Friday.

Very clean, great staff, wonderful amenities, very clean property, great breakfast, suite was amazing. Just a wonderful stay!

we booked a two bedroom suite with 2queens 1 king and they put us in a one room with 2 beds and pull out sofa and we were crazy. they were un accommodating. ice tasted horrible. needs more trash cans, no utensils in the room. layout is horrible you need to walk like a mile to elevator & then further to your room they’re were kids running throughout the hotel they only had like 2 towels in the room for a 5 person, 3 day stay.
