Most perfect location! Staff were super friendly and accommodating
The indoor pool is small, but kids still had a blast

Clean and friendly staff
Location and the room was a little smaller than expected.

The location was good for beach proximity, however there was a bulldozer right in front of our window.
The whole place smelled like weed. Electrical outlets didn’t work on one side of the room. The bathroom sink was clogged. The tub made a terrible loud sound when you turn in the shower. The bed sounded and felt like it was going to fall apart. The neighbors screamed and jumped around until 1am. When I called the front desk to report our problems I was told sorry but offered no remedy to fix anything. By far the worst hotel experience we’ve had.

Decoration and design of building. Kids got to see dolphin pods from room
Parking garage ceilings were low and hard to navigate due to size. Observed another patron get stuck trying to go up ramps

The location was fantastic! The staff was friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable.
While it is listed as a non smoking property, it smelled terribly. People around us spent all night smoking both cigarettes and pot all night and morning long! The noise in the bedroom area was terrible! Doors slamming, loud people everywhere and all night long. It finally stopped around 3am.

The view of beach side and the kitchen utensils. The staff also were accommodating!
Nothing!

The lobby area was presentable.
When we arrived the front desk attached additional charges to the card that had nothing to do with the confirmation email. At first he said $100 extra then he ended charging $200 to the card and additional $20 for parking. When we arrived to the room there was a HUGE cockroach in the Bathroom. We overlooked that because we were exhausted from the days activities. When we went to lay down there were several bugs. Bed bugs to be specific on the bed and the pillows. We left immediately and requested a refund. They refunded partial of the money for the security. Not the room fees. The parking garage is extremely tight. You have to maneuver your car at angles to leave. While leaving almost side swiped my car on the exit rails because it’s almost impossible to leave if a car is parked on the end. Worst hotel experience I have ever endured. 0 stars would not recommend!!!

Great location. Parking on site
Had a really weird bathtub shower combination. Difficult to get into. And it wasn't private

My room was spotless and had a perfect oceanfront view from a private balcony. The rooftop pool was fantastic as well.

My wife and I never had the free breakfast. But the Waterman Grill next door to the Beach Resort was awesome. So was the Roma Pizza across the street and the parking garage was a bonus. Amazing view from the porch on the 9th floor and the 7th floor outdoor pool was perfect too. Also, great Pub Venues on the Broadwalk.
The fire fighters at 03 am in the morning for a "false alarm". Thank God the elevators were working after the "all clear".

View - balcony looking out on the beach; great sunrise; chilling out with a cup of coffee!
It's an awkward walk from the reception through a hall and a door (that you need your keycard for) to get to the elevator. We were not there during prime tourist season but it was sometimes busy/crowded in this area.
I don't know how often this happens - but our neighbors were loud, quite late into the night.
Also - one night, and I'm sure this is rare! - the fire alarm went off at 2 or 3 am! We had to go down 8 flights of stairs; down was okay - but when we could go up, everyone could go up and that was crowded. While we waited to get the okay from firefighters, the staff were not particularly helpful or quick to figure how to help us or even make sure we all knew what was happening. (eg some people went in before it was okayed)

Parking. It’s best to park in the over flow lot across the street

Great Location, Noise was minimum. Staff was friendly
The Parking Garage is horrible - too tight of space to turn between floors; the room assigned had older decor and needs updating (appliances/carpet); Had an oceanfront room and the door was almost impossible to open; TV channels were unavailable and horrible signal; Something in the room bothered my allergies - sneezing the entire time.

They did not meet my expectations. I reserved my room from February 26 with a view of the ocean and they gave me a room on the ground floor with a view of the portable public toilets, you could not see the ocean another thing the check in very late until 5:00 pm they gave me my room. I will never stay at that hotel again

Location and also having a stove top and microwave to cook. Large family needs to save money on eating out.
Outdoor pool not up and running and dry sauna roof had a leaky roof. Homeless people appeared to be staying on 12 the floor.

I fell cut my ear off from a bad bath mat! 3 months later I’m still being questions and interrogated instead of compensated for the injury!

We stayed here for the SITW after staying for NYE this year and loved the location. The facilities were great as usual, but I was really impressed with how friendly and upbeat the staff was while dealing with the mayhem of the festival. The gentlemen that is the front desk manager runs a great team and is super accommodating as well. I would highly recommend!

The location and view were lovely. the indoor pool was small. It was too cool for the outdoor pool to be open. the fitness room was nice.
The carpet needed to be replaced. The parking garage was under renovation we had to park behind another hotel. There were rooms being renovated, we could hear the construction.

The view was great.
Staff wasn’t very professional. Could NOT get anything I needed. In fact, I had to make several calls over a 6 hour time period JUST for an ice bucket that should have already been in the room.. the next night, I had a sick child and requested cleaning supplies at 4am so that I could clean up vomit that was everywhere. It took well over 45 minutes to get towels to wipe up the vomit then had to BEG for something to disinfect the area as they said they were not aloud to give guests chemicals.. yet, I was offered absolutely no help. Overall, really crappy experience.

loved the ocean front view and balcony
wasn’t able to get clean sheets when needed- was difficult with morning sickness. you can always hear people screaming in the hallway, at all hours. no indoor stairs up to the higher floors (above 3)

I liked the size of our room, loved the kitchen, even though we didnt get a chance to use it since we only stayed one night.
had everything from tiny salt & pepper shakers to pots & pans.
Beds were super comfortable. The pull out sofa was ok
Plenty of seating, and tables.
Wi-Fi was great. we brought a Roku stick to attach to the TV and were able to watch whatever we wanted.
The view was fantastic, and the staff were very nice.
If you plan on visiting during colder months, bring a robe and slippers to go between the pool and your room. the hallways are open on the atlantic ave side of the hotel, which makes the walk can be chilly.
Didnt like how much the indoor pool area is exposed to the front lobby. Maybe some textured window film?
The wall separating the bathroom/Shower area from sink made the bathroom/shower area seem a little cramped.

The room was excellent & the view was awesome.
The shower was difficult to work, never worked (couldn't get it to work). Called for assistance and no one showed up. The parking situation was terrible.
