I didn’t like , that once my husband and I and our daughter got a room everything looked good, till it was time for us to go to sleep. My husband and I felt bugs moving underneath our pillow. We went down to the office and the staff asked us if we wanted to chance room as if I was going to still sleep in the same bed with a lot bed bugs in it . My husband didn’t felt comfortable staying in the hotel in general and we asked for a refund and they didn’t want refund us . We asked to speak to the maneger and their wasn’t no maneger in duty , when we moved to the sec room it was the same thing he’d bugs everywhere the staff said someone was going to come check the bed , took them 15 mins and the guy just took a look of the bed and didn’t even touch it 20 mins went by again and someone else came in and made me and my husband take the sheets out the bed and they told us they couldn’t do nothing about it . We were 4 hours from home and wasn’t anything we couldn’t do about it . We spend 253$ for 2 nights and couldn’t get a refund back disappointed wouldn’t recommend staying here I took pictures and vids and still didn’t do anything about it .

Breakfast was in the ad but they don’t have any more, vending machine not working properly, deposit that was not in the add, a horrible noise from an equipment like an AC compressor every 10 minutes, I woke up with headache

Room was clean and updated for the most part. Bed was comfy. NO BEDBUGS. No stained sheets. Great wifi and HBO was a plus for the price.

There are a lot of full time residents at this hotel. We decided to hit the pool and have a couple of beers before heading next door to a concert. A couple of 13 yr old boys who lived there immediately started asking my 13 and 12 yr old granddaughters “where you stay and what you on paper for” I stepped in and explained we’re not from here and they aren’t on probation. Then one proceeds to ask what car I’m driving because he bets he can steal it! We were constantly asked for beer and cigarettes by a female full time resident. The teenage boys asked my granddaughters if they had weed numerous times. I finally just ended our time in the pool to get away from all of this. The hotel shared a parking lot with the venue we were attending a concert at that night but that wouldn’t be enough to get me to book here again. It’s a shame because the hotel is clean, the room was very nice sized and the front desk people were very nice but the people living there make your stay miserable.
