location in Calistoga, very close to the town centre and nearby vineyards accessible. Comfortable and homely Inn-style room. Beautiful garden with areas of privacy separate from other guests if needed.
Didn’t see our hosts, but they were very communicative and responsive

Very excellent location. Very nice room

Very cute historic house.
Lots of traffic noise and light due to Caltrans work at night.

Easy "check-in" with text message.
No breakfast was served. This was based on which service was used to book stay, which is dumb. Also, guests should be allowed to "check-in" once text notification has been received rather than wait until designated 3:30pm official check-in time.

No Breakfast (still COVID protocol) but the Inn provided plenty of snacks and Kuerig coffee/drinks instead. The Inn itself is just as advertised, lots of common areas and many private shady nooks with comfortable chairs. The fireplace was super great, to relax and have a glass of the excellent wine made in the area. There are plenty of dining options from $$ to $$$$ and the Inn is surrounded by small wineries that all have tastings.
No ones fault, but construction traffic (Aug 2022) in front of the Inn started waaay too early. For other travellers, hope they finish soon!

Very conveniently located close to Lincoln, the main street of Calistoga. Restaurants, coffee shops and other attractions within easy walking distance. However, the property is right on Highway 29 and our room was at the front of the property next to the highway. Thus, there was a lot of traffic noise. There are other rooms which might have been less noisy. The garden area was surprisingly large and many areas for semi-private enjoyment away from the traffic side of the property.
We would prefer a room more removed from the traffic noise of the main highway. No access to kitchen facilities.

Would have been really nice to have had a real breakfast.

Location. Outdoor patio.
Breakfast was advertised and in reviews previous tenants spoke about it being offered. Instead snack packs were provided due to COVID. Disappointed. Should change description on the advertisement.

I loved the hominess of the room.
During the night through the early morning into the day it is VERY loud. There is a reason they give you ear plugs .

The property is within walking distance to downtown Calistoga. It’s a very charming, old Inn, very clean and stocked with complimentary snacks and germ supplies (masks, wipes). Check in was super easy by means of a letter with instructions at the front door. The backyard was cozy, private and very garden like.
As it was a very warm day, the a/c, or fan…not really sure what it was, wasn’t very effective and we were too hot. The bathroom was tiny, no sink space to speak of, no place to put toiletries. Tiny, old sink. We couldn’t find any outlets to charge devices. And, no TV,

Thoughtful snack packs and goodies bags. Clear welcome instructions. It's an older property with lots of charm and beautiful garden at the back.
Room is a bit smaller with tight bathroom space. Walls are thin. I could hear the snoring from next room.

quaint clean and the owners were considerate.

We loved the location and private setting.
Unfortunately there we found two bed bugs once we wanted to get under the covers
which made us feel uncomfortable..
