Great location and internet. Quiet room. Good breakfast when the staff showed up. They did get me a new bolt for the toilet so I could replace it. They also found me a hair dryer that worked on the second attempt.

Loose toilet seat, broken hair dryer. Cigarette butts everywhere! All of the staff smoked. The ash tray outside the office was full the whole 5 days and the butts were never swept up from the lawn or the cracks in the sidewalk. There was a soda can and a cup in middle of the parking lot for 3 days. The staff was late opening the office and serving breakfast the last two days. We ended up eating at the Comfort Inn across the street. The emergency phone number was not working.

It was in a good location, only about 10-15 minutes from the outlet mall, landing, and silver dollar city.

When we got to our room there was a musty smell to it, but it was hot outside so we just blamed it on that. The bed was poorly made and there were hairs on the sheets and other things. We couldn't tell if the sheets had been changed or not. There were also flies in the room, not a ton, but enough for us to notice. It felt dark and unwelcoming, I don't think we'd stay here again. We also paid quite a bit for the room and the price we paid did not reflect the quality we expected.

They had pool closed during the stay cause they were shocking it would be nice to have enjoyed it while there.Nice and quite besides police lights going for almost 2hours at neighboring motel which is extended stay for locals like myself that won't rent out to some people who have backgrounds and not been in trouble for years. Yet rent out to one's who are on probation and have pending charges. Other than dealing with the lights in window from that time and money well spent

Motel next to the place was judgemental and wouldn't rent a extended stay to ne because of past si Saud. Yet they got others there who have past and new criminal charges pending currently. I have been out of all trouble since 2020 shows favorable results made to who I'd liked and who isn't

Not clean area

Everything. OLD outdated rooms. No fan in bathroom. Towel rack missing and bolts holes left. Completely worn out bed sinking to middle. Nasty bed spread. Very few electrical outlets. Would have left if I had another place to go. Awful room!

charged a different price than what booking com was, which is who we booked through.

They offer a nice breakfast. The breakfast area was actually clean, the eggs are microwaved, but ok. The biscuits and gravy were very good.

The front desk lady lied to us several times about check in, and the rooms were absolutely filthy when we first checked in, but supposedly that's why we had to wait so long to check in. The rooms DO NOT have the little coffee pots that even motel 6 gives you. The toilet paper was hard, and we didn't even get a full set of towels. I wouldn't have stayed, but all hotels were sold out, so we had no other options.

Breakfast was ok but not what we expected or was used to. This place was a 2nd choice based on reviews, BIG mistake.

Room was small, pillows were horrible, room was dirty, hair in sink, write your name on furniture in dust, no housekeeping service so had to take dirty towels to front desk for exchange and had to request specifically amount to be replaced. Had to take out own trash and beg for trash bag replacement.

My family comes to Branson often as we hold season passes to The City. We keep a running tab of where we will stay and not stay. Econo will go on the yes list for sure!!

When I was ready to get in bed I pulled back the sheets and you could tell that it either hadn’t been slept in often (I found some mouse droppings) or they just had a mouse issue.

The elevator wasn’t working. Only problem we had
