No hot tub!!!!! , breakfast buffet was not up to par as other Hampton inn locations . No welcoming cookies or snacks . Blinds in both rooms didn’t work there were CR “bugs” in each of our rooms

Location.
Bathroom/shower did not feel or look clean. Shower had remnants or previous guest with hair etc. Coming from air vent in bathroom, strong/close smell of cigarettes and marijuana.

Theres alot of restaurants near by and stores.
There was no conditioner in the bathroom, tissues ran out, i was left on hold for 20 mins, they seemed short staffed, extra money was taken out which didnt happen on my first stay supposably a refundable fee just to make sure the room was fine when i left. They charged me a whole day later around 3pm.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The office chair was not comfortable as the back of the chair was back too far and there was no way to adjust it. Pillows could have been a bit firmer. We could have used more towels. Miss daily cleaning-picking up of garbage and laundry.

Always the best are the beds. All the beds in this hotel were replaced in the last 90 days.
The breakfast room had no microwave. The eggs weren’t hot.

Everything was clean and the bed comfortable, with plenty of pillows.
We chose this Hampton Inn over another nearby one due to a previous positive breakfast review and overall higher rating. The breakfast turned out to be disappointing. The waffle station was nice. The bland uniformly yellow "scrambled eggs" were evidently liquid eggs from a carton. Sausage patties the first morning were not a good meat option -- too greasy to be edible. Ham or bacon would have been better. Kielbasa slices the next day were better than the patties. Most hotels also serve hash browns or other potatoes, but there was no third tray. No hard-boiled eggs available. Pastries were glazed or otherwise overly sweet. Three cereal options and oatmeal were fine. The only fresh fruit available was red apples, and these were generic, definitely not fresh from one of the nearby orchards.

TV connection was a bad, freezing a lot. Freezer on mini fridge wasn't at the right temperature, things were melting.
