Front porch was amazing. Love the pool bar. Staff was friendly, location was great. Loved the accessibility to restaurants was nice. Liked that the coffee was free in the lobby. Also enjoyed the living area space in the lobby.
Parking parking parking !!!! That’s has to be expanded. I will not stay here again specifically for that one reason.
The smoking area shouldn’t be right by the back door entrance to the lobby but I get that you can’t smoke by the boardwalk.

I liked that they had a pool. They also had an ice machine in our hallway.
I didn't like the parking situation or that I had a slip for housekeeping on my door for a full day and never received what I needed.

Great location! Love the rocking chairs on the porch overlooking the boardwalk. Elevators were very quick. The staff was pleasant.
Our room was tiny with one bed and no chair. Bathroom was nice but not cleaned very thoroughly. It took us multiple tries each time unlocking the door with the key card. Parking is two blocks away. Ice machine was broken on our floor. We had to go to another floor to get ice. This wasn’t too bad because the elevator is very quick!

I paid for a queen size bed and had a full size bed
Parking at the hotel was terrible only had between 30 and 40 Parking places overflow parking was 2 blocks away

The beds were very comfortable. The shower was nice and hot. The free coffee in the lobby was very good. The location was on the boardwalk with a short walk to the water. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Can't complain about the hotel. We went for the Sunfest. Since it was moved to the end of October, the weather was bad.

Nothing, the rooms were small for the price. There were dead roaches in the bathroom, bugs crawling from underneath the bed and my tv was out.

I didn't like that only one of the hot tubs worked there was three hot tubs and only one worked

The air conditioner in the room worked good on the timer.
The hotel needs to be updated. The rooms with single bed, was a bit small. The bed was not big enough for 2 people. Room smelled like cigarettes. Hotel needs to be updated
