so many different areas to hang out . lots of board games puzzles , pool, deluxe vending machines . super comfy and funky, close to Sunapee mountain .

Our kids loved the pool and games room! We also loved the communal Rec room where we could hang out with friends and eat take-out together. So close to Mount Sunapee for a wonderful day skiing as well. Highly recommend this hotel for families!!!

I love the direct chat contact. My daughter left 3 items in the room after checkout, and they had the items bagged up and ready for us to pick up. We love the open lounge atmosphere and friendliness.

Not safety conscious. The bathroom had absolutely no safety bars and you had to get into the shower to adjust the water which meant you were first hot then cold until you got the desirered temperature. The chairs were totally uncomfortable. And I never heard of not getting room service for three days. By that time most people are leaving, so there is no room service. . . The vending machines were broken.

We get here and like always greeted with a smile order the room on booking.com they made it easy like always If you're in the Plymouth New Hampshire area this is the place to go I see some of the comments and does not make any sense why there would be anything negative about this place everything from the ownership to the management I have been staying here every other weekend for a long time now

There's not one thing that I did not like

loved the styling of the hotel, comfortable room.

there isn’t much walking distance from the hotel, so I think the hotel had an opportunity to provide more food and drink options

really beautiful property, loved the staff and decor. loved all the books! and the fire pit! love the toiletries!

The only downside was sheets were 100% polyester, terrible material for sheets. .
