The comfort of the beds. I have back problems and they were wonderfully comfortable.

The dirtiness and poor quality of the AC. It's 102 in Nevada right now. Sometimes, locals wanna stay somewhere because it's too hot. Well, the AC was not sufficient enough to cool the room down enough. Even though i ran it all day, and it was running before i came in.

The staff was amazing! My room was quiet and comfortable.

When I arrived, there was a used washcloth in the shower. I’m sure it was just an oversight by the cleaning staff and not a big deal. Everything else was clean and fresh.

location and staff is friendly but I had issues this trip

first they allowed another client to check in my room and charged my card for her stay. They figured it out when I attempted to check in and they did not see my name and I showed my confirmation. next even though they stated they would fix it, I seen another room charge for Mother’s Day and I was actually at home In Henderson Nevada on the 14th so needless to say I am angry!! Room smelled like damp sweat as well. They are no smoking , but the hallway smelled of Pot.

The room was nice and clean. Rikki at check in recommended JD Slingers and we had a nice meal there. Would stay again.

The bath water looked like it had rust color to it. Might be a water issue in Fallon.

The staff was great and having 3 Queens in 1 room was fantastic.

The walls were like paper. I unplugged the fridge because it was loud. The outside grounds were filthy- we had our dog so a little patch of grass or dog space would have been nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no elevator.

The room was clean and safe feeling. Very nice size.

convenient and great location

the beds are comfortable but not as supportive. mostly quiet, but because they are pet friendly, another patrons dog got to bark annoyingly.
