BIG SIZE AND CLEAN ROOM
EVERYTHING WAS OK.

Fast & easy check in, friendly staff, clean room. No noise that we noticed. They are undergoing some construction but it was not intrusive at all and it wasn't even in our room. Great place to stay for a concert, easy to get to the pavilion.

Breakfast was good. Parking was good. The staff was very helpful.
Something needs to be done to the doors to keep them from slamming shut so loud. Ran out of hot water while taking a shower. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:15 even though I had the privacy sign on the door. Electrical outlets didn't work in the bathroom. Toilet didn't flush properly. Took several times.

Liked the proximity to the highway. But at the same time hated it. I was given a room on the west side of the hotel which is the closest to the freeway. There was a lot of road noise.
Hotel is extremely dated. Albeit was comfortable. This place needs a facelift from the 90s when it was built.

Close to interstate so it was noisy. I have been unable to get a receipt despite contacting the facility numerous times

The room was clean, spacious with a couch and a huge bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. The elevators were clean and worked well. The breakfast had few options but good. Waffles, bagels, cereal, eggs coffee, juice, breakfast potatoes and sausage links.
