Very Very Very disappointed in the Size of the ROOM... Paid extra for 4 people and the ROOM was a size for ONE... I will NEVER be staying here again...

we’ve stayed there once before, staff was nice, rooms were nice & clean, location great, had the breakfast once and it was great!

Bad phone and WI-FI Service and could not tell what the tv channels were…no programming! also, the entrance door was broken just as it was the last time we were there almost a year ago! also the toilets are too low to the floor, but we managed! Lol

Got charged a pet fee that neither booking.com or the facility notified me of it

my room was clean yet the upper door lock (flip over) was broken. Being a female alone this was concerning. I pushed a chair in front of the door at night just in case as I only had the one door lock. Additionally I spent two plus hours trying to call the location on Friday afternoon to alert of a late check in with no answer. I finally had to leave my event and drive to the hotel to which I was told the phone didn’t ring. Plus anytime I was walking thru the lobby the phone wasn’t ringing nor was anyone EVER on the phone so obviously the phone is on silent to avoid any phone calls. Lastly the auto open doors into the hotel were not working so when I had an arm load to take to my vehicle I had to try and put items down to try to pull the doors open- until a random nice man was coming in and assisted me.

Slow season so breakfast wasn't as easy.
