It was quiet and looked clean but the picture was very out dated. They no longer have any of the fine beautiful landscape that is seen online. So you feel lied to. Don't smell and don't have ppl hanging out everywhere. Linen was clean.

The grounds didn't match what you see online. The room had some maintenance issues that the staff didn't even care to offer a different room. The hot water knob is broken, the shower head has to be wasting water for it very much so out dated and shot some serious hard water. All the towel racks are broken. You have to hold the toilet for a bit to get it to flush. No trash can in the room. No clock either. No closet or any type of cloth storage. Ceiling was caving in at a section of it. Some mold so they should vest in a grout brush and commercial bleach to knock that out. No box tissue in the holder. No fitted sheets so the flat wasn't staying on the bed they used. The door gets stuck. Lights fixtures are falling off support. Used razor left in bedside draw. The room I selected wasn't the one I was given. The price I selected wasn't what was the final price of room selection and it was only one once you got further into the process. I noticed all the way up to low occupancy when we checked in to high occupancy. The price was still advertised at $91 but they kept showing one room left even 24 hrs later and charging 150 for the same one room. Just doing unethical business practices to draw ppl in when they have a quite clean place and that's going to serve the business well over the other old motels in the area. It's one chair in the room and the table houses the microwave so it's not easy to use as a place to eat unless you rearrange the set up. They really should watch UTube and do the small repairs and just learn how to clean the bathroom more effectively for beauty and environmental reasons. Plus it's restores everywhere so the cost to do these small things won't hit 😔 like they must think. If they hadn't given us such a don't care disposition and asked and offered to change our room. I would come again for my last resort option on an unplanned beach overnight trip.

Clogged up sink tub shower head broke easily no door stopper mold on back of bathroom door above the molding.

The pictures online were deceiving. The room looked like it hasn’t been updated since the 1970’s and looked unsafe to stay in. When I told the manager I didn’t want to stay there he was rude and refused to give a refund. I found a MUCH nicer room for only $14 more but am out $112.00 thanks to this what I call a scam.

Clerk was abrupt during check in. Pavement for driving wax broken up and ridiculous to drive on Electrical access near bed wasn't available

The staff was SUPER helpful in accommodating me and my EST dog.

There was stains All over the walls, the smell of the room, the crowds of construction workers drinking outside their rooms with their loud music playing. The crowd I saw during my stay was mostly construction workers, but felt like the police was going to show up anytime for an overdose or suicide.

The location was ok.

The Hotel is rundown. It needs upgrades. There's roaches in the rooms and the wall paper is coming off the walls in the bathroom. The room smells musty.

The location is great and the exterior is nice.

The rooms were filthy, absolutely horrible.
