Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Kim at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, she deserves a reward for best customer service.

Food cold hotel floors everywhere all torn up nobody came to clean room at all barely saw any staff

The staff was wonderful

There was remodeling going on (which is fine) but the floors were so noisy from the above rooms. So just keep in mind once that third level is done😉

Everything was good the pool was warm, room clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good different each day just super early 6am till 9am. The location to LEGOLAND was 25 mintues which was perfect for 3 vists. There was a gum and wash room which i used for my 5 days stay. Everything was amazing 👏

Only thing as the bed not so comfortable 😴 it would be good to post there a security deposit fee when booking and how much also. After that everything else was amazing.

staff was great when you could find them. TV did not get regular cable channels only HBO. the staff working the breakfast were not helpful out of Eggs both days

this is an old property refurnish by the outside, showers need to be replaced also carpet smells
