Affordable hotel in a nice area. Rooms were relatively updated/modeled. Live hotel staff at check in and check out, not some remote self check in (I hate those self check in.)

Rooms are too basic and sparse, need at least a coffee pot in the room. A microwave would be better. Exterior hotel design is very outdated and has questionable safety, stairwells are too few and far between. Chair in room was cheap and uncomfortable. Mattress slides around on bed frame.

Location was handy to freeway and services nearby.

Thermostat broken. Room stayed at 75 degrees the whole time. When we reported it to the sraff, all they said was sorry and didn't offer any discount or credit towards another stay. This was also a deluxe update room so it was even more disappointing. Shower head was mounted in a way as to avoid splashing outside the shower, but the size was also cramped even for a person my height at 5'5". There was space for it to be another 18" wider in the space since there's no tub and a luggage stand in there. Nice concept but failed in execution.

Room was just right for me. Clean and comfortable. Near some good stores and restaurants.

Changed rooms twice - the heat wasn't working in the first one (broken), and the second room had an awful odour and poor internet service.

Customer service finally offers a partial refund, sends me the confirmation (receipt) and few days later retracts the amount back. I called up twice and spoke to Mary at the front desk, she was clueless and offered zero assistance... Overall awful and pathetic service... Please do NOT stay here!

Easy to find off the freeway. Clean, comfortable beds.

Lumpy pillows. Homeless drinking in the parking lot, very few lights in roon.

There were multiple cockroaches in our room. When we showered and the bathroom got steam it started to smell like pet urine. There was no air conditioning so we had the windows open at night and some employees and other guests were up all hours of the night smoking cigarettes on the patio and it was blowing into our room. Disgusting! Not to mention, there were questionable people hanging out in the parking lot. We feared our work truck was going to get broken into during the middle of the night. We thought staying in Issaquah all would be good, but apparently not.
