Staff rude and me and my mother takes shots that have to be refrigerated, one of the amenities said refrigerator was in room. We asked and were told they had some but we couldn't get one. I promise you I will never stay at another Hampton.

I liked how clean it is, and I loved the service. Especially the night clerk woman Amanda W, she was so amazing and made me and my family's stay so much better

The arrangement of the room.
A sofa... And softer mattresses. It was a board hard mattress

The breakfast was very good and the beds were very comfortable!
The elevator was broken and and my friend (age 82) and I (age 70) had to lug our things up to the third floor and down.

I really enjoyed the pool and workout room. The beds were nice and comfy.
I didn't like that it was 200 bucks for a night and there wasn't a mini fridge in my room 😔 my TV didn't work. But other than that it was great.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and nice lobby. Large room and bathroom with lots of surface and storage space. Comfortable bed.
The mini fridge in our room didn’t work. We never had a chance to report it and just used ice from the ice machine.

The staff were so great! The afternoon/evening lady was especially great with my teenagers! She made them feel so welcome! We all enjoyed the breakfast options. The breakfast lady worked hard to make sure there was plenty for everyone and always a full "buffet". We enjoyed the pool and the room was so great! The cleaning crew did such a great job of caring for our space and making it feel welcoming when we returned to our room in the evenings.
I have no criticisms. We were so pleased with our stay. There's nothing I would change.
