It was close to the beach, affordable as well.
It wasn’t clean.

We loved how clean the hotel was. I was also impressed by how polite the staff members were.
The shower had rust spots and cheap, plastic tablecloth-like shower curtains with holes. First-come, First-serve parking.. We were told we could pay $10 at the lot next door for “all day” but ended up having to pay double for overnight parking - suggestion: hotel should work out a deal with lot to allow they’re guests to park for free at hotels expense.

The only perks to this property is the location to the beach and the boardwalk.The bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable.
The customer service definitely could use a little more professionalism. I asked for early check in and when I went early I was told that I can check in between 4-4:15…I then said that would not be early check in. After going back and forth I was able to check in around 3:30. The other issue I had was that the bathrooms did not have any shower class and only had cheap shower curtain. When I checked in, the coffee trays were not changed. When I brought it to their attention I was told that I should have said it within 10mins. I was then told that they would do it but I had signed a paper to inform them within 10mins. The other issue was one of the rooms was queen and it was on the 1st floor. The floor kept being wet from condensation. To get rooms freshened up is a $10 charge and parking is also $10/day with very limited space at the actual Inn.

very small storage closet in room was unlocked and full of brand new hotel supplies only gave us 3 pillows and 1 wash cloth for two people 4 nights

The short walk to the boardwalk.
The glass shower doors are very unsafe.
Make sure shower doors are safe and secure in tracks.
Possibly invest in not shattering glass or material for shower.

close to everything and somewhat modern
no hot water in shower Luke warm at best. I ask the front desk they checked. it was not fix and the girl at the front desk had an attitude and said they checked and it was warm enough. instead of saying sorry. also I spoke to the manager and she was going to give me free parking and this same girl had an attitude again. we paid for parking across the street. never coming back

The room was nicely updated
There was no pool and even though they advertise parking for $10 a day, there is not enough parking spots to accommodate all guests. They told me I could park across the street for $20 a day.

the front desk was every helpful . quick and easy check in .
the rooms were nice and clean and up to date. The beach
is only a short walk away.

there was no hot water, there was hair in the shower that wasn’t ours, there was no linens, the remote to the tv didn’t work, and the floor was disgusting, when asking about a. refund for a booked room that was a mistake, was told no even though was told that if rebooking the room would be granted the refund, this is completely unacceptable

The location was great. The girl at the desk was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable
Property was in the middle of renovation and there were nails and debris everywhere. No chairs to sit in, only the beds.
