The grounds of the hotel were amazing. built in casino and the outlet stores were a nice bonus

The toilet ran all night. called the front desk and they said "sorry nothing we can do about it tonight" shower door leaked water all over the floor and when my wife got out she slipped and busted her elbow bad again the front desk didnt seem to care. AC didnt work in our room paid 356 with tax my room wasn't worth it but if it was cleaned and working properly then by all means yes.

There was not enough staff to serve you. The stay ‘one night’ means we cannot check in before 4 pm n have to leave before 11 am, that’s ridiculous !

I liked the fact everything was all in 1 place making it easy to explore without driving. And again the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa and extra amenities were great.

The only thing I didn't like was the room was made out to look much larger than it actually was and no microwave .

Staff is always very friendly. Rooms are always immaculate. I don't mind the long walk from the hotel room to the casino. It helps me get my steps in for the day!

rooms were not ready at check-in time. when I was notified that my was ready about 30 minutes later, there was a line of people waiting to check in whose rooms were not yet ready. I asked a worker at the vip desk (Jacob) if I could obtain my key from him since he had no line (I am not a vip). he was obvious in his annoyance with me, but did issue me a room key and obtained my luggage. if the hotel is not prepared for guests, everyone should step in to help willingly. it’s not my fault the rooms weren’t ready.
