Aside from the somewhat minor complaints in the next box, everything was okay. Breakfast was adequate. Shower, etc. worked well. WiFi easy to use and good.
Floor a bit sticky from cleaner. Door lock system very tricky. No light in the lock so you don't know when the card has engaged. And it seemed to take several swipes before I was able to unlock the door. Heavy foot walking in room above was apparent.

I sure liked how comfortable the bed was. Overslept two nights in it.
I can't think of anything to mention as far as what I did not like about the hotel other than that the pool wasn't available.

The outside of the facilities was definitely under cared for. when I called to confirm my booking, the receptionist was very short with me, and acted annoyed to be answering the phone. much nicer receptionist upon exiting and the breakfast was decent. the pool was disgusting so we were unable to swim. Our visit was in March so that may have to do with it. left a day early as a result.

The hotel was what it said it would be. The room was very clean. The breakfast provide was wonderful. Would stay again if we have to go back.
That the swimming pool was not usable. That could be do to the cold weather we just had and the construction they was doing on some rooms.

It's was ok but for the price it was very high an the room. Wasn't clean there was a sock an a bottle cap lefted you an tell the room was clean fast asap an I probably wouldn't stay again
I didn't the air didn't work it was hot as hell is there an I haven't to go.ask for more towels an the housekeeper was mad casue I ask for them my wife got eat up with something so no I will not stay again

Close to the venue I needed to attend.
It has a urine smell and moldy smell. Was outdated. Pillow are to small and didn't have enough towels for 4 guests.

The staff including the manager were all great. Very easy to get to and parking was no problem. Very clean for an older building!
The mattress was a bit too hard for my liking and the room door was a little warped making noise when opening but didn't interfere with function or safety.

The front desk staff was very nice , and changed my room to a smoking room for me.. And the hot tub in my room was wonderful.
The furniture in my room was covered with mold and mildew. It looked like they had just moved it in the room from a dark ,wet basement .

Staff Friendly, clean rooms, comfortable bed, spa tub was great. The indoor pool was great. Over all great and will definitely stay again

The daytime manager was very friendly and kept everything stocked at the breakfast buffet.
Very old run down building. Needs updated. Had a hard time getting our key card to open the door to our room. The hotel itself is in a terrible area.
