Location, room is spacious and breakfast was good

Toilet is low and room needs a microwave

The breakfast was good. The items were fresh and pleasant. However, some consideration should be given to the fresh fruit mixture, the mixture ingredients were competing versus complimenting.

I am a senior citizen and a retired disabled veteran, I was told I was not eligible for any discounts because I reserved my room through "Booking.com," not the hotel.🤷

We had stayed previously and knew it was a nice hotel.We also have passed on to families coming to see their soldiers that this hotel is perfect.

The breakfast was great, a variety of selections to choose from. Everything tasted awesome.

I have no complaints. I was able to bring my Bichon puppy and she spent all her time looking out the picture window. We were very comfortable and it was quiet.

We were not informed that the pool was not available to guests. When we arrived there was a sign stating that the pool would be closed until further notice. We always use the facilities when we stay at hotels. I believe we should have been notified prior to our stay. We did book through a third party but we should have been notified

Staff rude and did not want to help me because they gave me an incorrect room. I wanted a King bed and they gave us a double.Then 2 hours later if we wanted to move

Everything was nice.

Dogs was in the breakfast area.

Liked the cleanliness and the free breakfast

I booked a room with a large single bed, and the highest floor available. I was initially directed to a room with two beds, directly across from the elevator on the 3rd floor. Unacceptable. I immediately went back to the check-in counter and was given excellent treatment. I was given a room that matched my initial reservation. She had to help me with the air conditioner as the room was about 80 degrees and I could not get the wall unit to work....at all. The initial check-in took about 20 minutes. Why so long as I already had a reservation? I asked about a higher floor and was told that the 5th floor was under construction and the 4th floor was for couples. I do not believe either statement.
