Room was okay but the breakfest was not all that good and the coffe was not always there. Had to wait for coffee to be made each morning and also the breakfeast to be filled.

The room

It was clean for the most part.

Booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms we had to take the toilet lid off to flush the stool. Happened several times. The other room door key would stop working. Had to be re-initialized at least 6 times in a 2 day visit. Even the lady who cleaned the rooms key didn’t work. The faucet in the tube was broken. Hard to get it working. The tv kept fading in and out and the sound would stop working randomly. Not a good experience.

Very convenient

The pillows were not very comfortable. I believe if you’re going to charge $50 for a cleaning fee as soon as you check in, then it needs to be added in the bio or send a message before booking.

Clean comfortable room. Will be staying here again.

Very close to the Tulsa State Fair. Breakfast was hot and very typical. My daughter love the pancake maker.

Elevator was not working properly. On our way out, we had to carry all our luggage from the third-floor from to the first floor. There was no light on the elevator to indicate what floor you were on. The hot tub was over full and not very warm. Also, the air vents in the swimming pool, and hot tub area were very dirty. And the bathrooms near the pool were locked so my daughter could not use the restroom while we were at the pool. Also homeless lady was walking by all the vehicles every evening.

It has a great price. Good location. That is it.

The elevator wasn't working. Terrible smell on the corridor. The pool was not available or didn't look like it was.

elevator stoped working , hole in the room wall , bathtub and sink would it drain
