They couldn't find my reservation right away. Wasn't familiar with the way it was filed. Desk staff seemed preoccupied.

We were lucky to be able to check in early. Room and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was great.
No complaints about our stay except for the weather (rain/sleet).

I was able to check into my room early and make it to my meeting in plenty of time. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean.
