El personal amable. El chico estuvo dispuesto a hacer un cambio en la reserva, lo que suponía menos dinero para el hotel ya que le pedimos una noche menos y no tuvo problema en aceptarlo. La habitación estaba buena pero un poco sucia
La pieza no estaba muy limpia, había 3 cucarachas y pelos y un escarbadiente en el piso. Al ser blanco se notaba todo. El barrio al ser zona de terminal no está muy lindo, y hay mucha gente rondando que da miedo. No lo recomiendo si no tenés que hacer algo ahí cerca.

Estão prontos para deixar os hóspedes satisfeitos. Eu precisei fazer uma prova e iria sair às 7:00h da manhã. O café começa às 7:00h e para que eu pudesse tomar café eles abriram as 06:40h e eu nem pedi. Hotel excelente. Nota 10!

I loved the position of the hotel it is centred to everything one could want be it business or taurism it's easy to get by
Incompetence of the staff such a hotel can not rely only on one staff and the rest of the staff are ignorant of their duties for example my key was handed over to another right before my eyes what would have happened if l wasn't there and the room was not cleaned dustbin not emptied internet not working in this digitised world all efforts proved abortive to getting it to work l had to stay out in order to get business done
