the fact that my room was half torn apart, and when I went to the office they told me it was under renovation, and that there were no other rooms. I received no discount, I didn’t even get a sorry. truly horrible. I will never stay again.

Location. We have stayed here several times before. 5 years ago with family, 2.5 years ago for Anniversary. Big rooms. Kitchenware. Nice breakfast. The restaurant attached is great. But weighing our likes from our dislikes this visit, we may rethink staying here again.

This visit had some disappointments. The room had no bedroom dresser. Nowhere to unpack our clothes. The pictures on website featured a chaise lounge, but we merely had a bench. The pool area hot tub was shut down the first night. And our last morning, the whole pool area( pool and hot tub) were closed. This was disappointing, as we were just there for a short Spring Break experience. That included, for us, swimming and hot tubing. Also, cash was not accepted.

Our toilet would quit running and flooded bathroom area. Shower didn't drain properly either

The beds were very comfortable. The eggs at the continental breakfast tasted great. The room was set up cute. The jets were very powerful in the hot tub. The French Roast coffee tasted good.

The sheets and blankets were very scratchy. The hotel was very untidy and not just because of construction. The elevator was just gross. The walls and floors are so thin you can hear everyone inside and outside the hotel and every step everyone took. No matter how quiet I tried walking I could tell the people below or next to us could hear everything. The hot tub was a lukewarm tub and smelled and made our skin feel really gross. The staff was very short when we would try and interact and not friendly at all. The pool is very small and is only 4 feet deep so I would not suggest booking with older kids. They had no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom and no fan in the bathroom. My husband stunk up the whole room with his morning bodily excrements and you could still smell it when we came back up from breakfast. There was paint spatter on a lot of things that didn’t really impact our stay but made the hotel look like they didn’t care that the construction workers weren’t very careful with their work. They also didn’t have any breakfast meat in the continental breakfast. The hash browns were mushy and didn’t taste good.

We loved our outdated but cozy room with a separate bedroom. One of us is up late at night, the other gets up early morning. Full kitchen including dishes and cookware would be helpful to some if needed. Renovations were happening at the time. Nice breakfast choices! Great rate compared to others!

I think due to hard water and no rinse aid the clean (per a sign on the counter) dishes left in the dishwasher were cloudy and were coated with powdered detergent - unfit or maybe unhealthy to use? We didn’t use them, but I washed them by hand for the next guest.

Most of the staff is pretty welcoming and helpful. It’s in a good location. It’s a nice enough looking hotel. And the free breakfast is appreciated.

The cleanliness and upkeep of the room and the hotel in general was not up to par. A lot of dirty things, and there’s a few things that need fixing. I’ve used this hotel 3 times before during the years, and it seems it’s slowly getting rundown, and the cleanliness needs to be addressed. Oh, there might be wi-fi, but the signal is so weak, can’t really use it.

I thought it was a nice hotel and the room was very nice and clean

the staff was awful! nobody was at the front desk when I checked into hotel had to ring and knock on the door for over 30 minutes before someone finally came to let us in and they didn’t even apologize very unprofessional then the next day I brought it up when checking out to another staff member and they didn’t apologize either just said that if it happens again if I ever decide to stay again to let someone know? just ridiculous

Close to the event we we’re attending.

Upon checkin at 330pm - my King Suite Spa room was not made up with linens. The front desk said they were upgrading me to a larger room. The new room was a two bedroom queen without spa. I requested that the King Suite be ready when I returned. It was not - and I had to stay in the two bedroom. This reservation had been made months prior.

Cable wasn't working, poor reception . Local channels not available on guide in bedroom. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Should get a free stay
