The gentleman at the front desk was very nice.
The neighborhood, the uncomfortable bed, very small room, and the $188.00 price.

Good location. Easy to get there and back while running around the area.
There was a very dirty drinking cup in the stack with no plastic cover on it. Cleaning staff should not just keep stacking more cups.
Should check what is there and throw away old dirty drinking cups.

There was no breakfast. There was no common area.
The room was tiny. Literally just enough room for the bed. The fan in the bathroom automatically turns on and is incredibly loud. The towels were small, thin, and rough.
