That are toilet was broke and there was no one to fix it

Dirty. Smelled. Stained carpets. Loud.

The property had a very bad smell. The entire 2nd floor smelled like someone was cooking Indian food. Our room smelled like bad food. It affected our clothing and the smell stuck to us.
The Vending machines for drinks had no water. And the smell of the property was terrible

The staff was very pleasant and the room was very clean. The free breakfast was also nice.

Friendly staff. Night audit, janitorial, front desk, breakfast… everyone! Very comfortable rooms.
The smell from the barn across the street; the uneven/fake brick flooring in the lobby that made each bump of the luggage cart echo throughout the lobby and rooms surrounding it. Also not a huge fan of the window not having a screen.

The cost was so acceptable, room was super so good I like it I do recommend it to everyone
The break fast was very little, not acceptable, also the time for breakfast is very limited, the one work there is not helpful, he looks he want to leave early he doesn't care of us I really don't like his way of dealing with the gusts

Yes older, however it was spotless, quiet and the staff was beyond friendly.the rooms are dated but upgraded and again, super clean. Obviously cleaned carpets.

Breakfast was very nice, staff was friendly and kept everything refilled. And clean. Tasted good.
We had issue with the tub dripping water all night, anf you couls hear it . Drip drip drip. Also hearing the water running from the room above that actually whistled when thwy showered at 5 am

I liked the breakfast. The food was good, and the room where the food was served was cute.
The price was a high for that facility on that particular weekend. It's probably more appropriately priced at other times.

Great location. Very friendly staff and comfortable bed. Nice to have a decent size fridge with a good size freezer compartment.
I understand it's a major college town, but pricing could be a little more affordable.
Our neighbors alarm clock went off and I thought it was the hotel fire alarm, it was so loud through the wall.
